●3G三螺杆(gǎn)泵輸送各種油類(lei)時應注意事項：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

    1、輸(shu)送40~150mm2/s的油類最合适(shì)，允許按泵的最高(gao)工作壓力使用。2、輸(shu)送40mm2/s以下的油類，為(wei)保證泵的流量及(ji)壽命應降壓使用(yòng)。3、輸送150mm2/s以上的油類(lèi)，且進油管道過長(zhǎng)，彎頭過多，泵工作(zuò)時如⭐産生噪✂️音或(huo)振動現象，則應考(kǎo)慮更換低一級轉(zhuǎn)速的電機運轉🔴或(huo)縮短吸📐入管道，減(jian)少彎頭。1, delivery was 40 ~ 150 / s best oils, permitted to use according to the maximum working pressure of pump.2, transmission oil, under 40 was/s in order to ensure the pump flow and life should be used antihypertensive.3, transmission of more than 150 was/s oils, and the oil inlet pipe is too long, too much bend, such as noise or vibration phenomenon when the pump work, should consider to replace the low level of rotational speed of motor operation or shorten the suction pipe, reducing elbow.

 ●3G型三螺杆(gan)泵安裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:

●3G型三(sān)螺杆泵的使用

●三螺杆泵特(tè)點及優點：

　　（1）壓力和(he)流量範圍寬闊，流(liú)量範圍0.2～320m3/h最高工作(zuo)壓力可達5MPa；（2）運送液(ye)體的種類和粘度(du)範圍寬廣,粘度範(fàn)圍1mm2/s-760mm2/s；（3）因為三螺杆泵(beng)内的回轉部件慣(guàn)性力較低，故可使(shi)用很高的轉♋速；（4）吸(xi)入性能好，具有很(hen)強的自吸能力；（5）流(liú)量均勻連續，振動(dòng)小，噪音低，幾乎沒(mei)有脈動；（6）三螺杆泵(beng)結構堅實，安裝方(fang)便有(卧式、立式、法(fǎ)蘭式、插裝式）保養(yang)容易；（7）三螺杆泵具(ju)有很強的耐熱性(xing)，一般工作溫度是(shì)（1~250°C)超過此溫度需特(tè)制；（8）根據所輸送介(jiè)質需要還可提供(gòng)加熱或冷卻結構(gòu)；（9）三螺杆泵幾乎沒(mei)有磨損，三螺杆泵(bèng)隻要選型正确，使(shǐ)用壽命📞長。（10）三螺杆(gǎn)泵的工作效率高(gāo)。

●三螺杆泵注意事(shi)項

    1.三螺杆泵的轉(zhuǎn)速選用:三螺杆泵(beng)的流量與轉速成(chéng)線性關系,相對于(yú)低轉速的螺杆泵(beng),高轉速的螺杆泵(bèng)雖然能增加了流(liu)量和揚程,但功率(lǜ)明顯增大,高轉速(su)加速了轉子與定(ding)子間的磨耗,必定(dìng)使螺杆泵過早失(shī)效,而且高轉速螺(luo)杆泵的定轉子長(zhang)度很短,極易磨損(sǔn),因而縮短了螺杆(gǎn)泵的使用壽命。通(tōng)過減速機或無級(ji)調速🥰機構來降低(dī)轉速,使勘轉速保(bao)持在每分三百轉(zhuan)以下較為合理的(de)範圍内,與高速運(yùn)轉的螺杆泵相比(bi),使用壽命能延長(zhǎng)幾倍。

    2.螺杆泵的品(pin)質:現在市場上的(de)螺杆泵的種類較(jiao)多,相對而言,進口(kou)的螺杆泵設計合(he)理,材質精良,但價(jia)格較高,服務方面(miàn)有的不到位,配件(jian)價格高,訂貨周期(qī)長,可能影響生産(chǎn)的正常運行。國内(nèi)生産的大都仿制(zhi)進口産品,産品質(zhi)量良莠不齊,在選(xuan)用國内生産的産(chǎn)品時,在考慮其性(xìng)價比的時候,選用(yòng)低轉速,長導程,傳(chuan)動量部件材質優(yōu)良,額定壽命長的(de)産品。

    3.确保雜物不(bu)進入泵體:濕污泥(ni)中混入的固體雜(za)物會對螺杆泵的(de)橡膠材質定子造(zao)成損壞,所以确保(bao)雜物不進入泵的(de)腔體是很重要的(de),很多污水廠在泵(bèng)前加裝了粉碎機(ji),也有的安裝格栅(shān)裝置或濾網,阻擋(dang)雜物進入螺杆泵(bèng),對于格栅應及時(shi)清撈以免造成堵(du)塞。

    4.保持恒定的出(chū)口壓力:螺杆泵是(shì)一種容積式回轉(zhuǎn)泵,當出口端受阻(zǔ)以後,壓力會逐漸(jiàn)升高,以至于超過(guò)預定的壓力值.此(cǐ)時電機負荷急劇(ju)增加.傳動機械相(xiang)關零件的負載也(ye)會超出設計值,嚴(yan)重時會發生電機(jī)燒毀,傳動零件斷(duan)裂.為了避免螺杆(gǎn)泵損壞,一般會在(zai)三螺杆泵出口處(chu)安裝旁通溢流閥(fá),用以穩定出口壓(ya)力,保持泵的正常(chang)運轉。

    5.避免斷料:三(san)螺杆泵決不允許(xu)在斷料的情形下(xià)運轉,一經發生,橡(xiàng)膠定子由于幹磨(mo)擦,瞬間産生高溫(wēn)而燒壞,所以,粉碎(sui)機完好,格栅暢通(tong)是螺杆泵正常運(yun)轉的必要條件之(zhī)一,為此,有些螺杆(gan)泵還在泵身上安(an)裝了斷料停機裝(zhuāng)置,當發生斷料時(shi),由于螺杆泵其有(yǒu)自吸功能的特性(xing),腔體内會産生真(zhen)空,真空裝置會使(shǐ)螺杆泵停止運轉(zhuǎn)。

●螺杆磨損五點原(yuan)因:

    1、每種塑料，都有(yǒu)一個理想塑化的(de)加工溫度範圍，應(yīng)該控制料筒加工(gong)溫度，使之接近這(zhe)個溫度範圍。粒狀(zhuàng)塑料從料鬥進入(ru)👅料筒，首先會到達(dá)加料段，在加料段(duan)必然會出現幹性(xìng)磨擦，當這些塑🐇料(liào)受熱不足，熔融不(bu)均時，很易造成料(liao)筒内壁及螺杆表(biao)面磨損增大。同樣(yàng)，在壓縮段和均化(huà)段，如果塑料的熔(róng)融狀态紊亂不均(jun1)🆚，也會造成磨損增(zēng)⁉️快。

    2、轉速應調校得(dé)當。由于部分塑料(liào)加有強化劑，如玻(bo)璃纖維、礦物質或(huo)其他填充料。這些(xiē)物質對金屬材質(zhì)的磨擦力往往比(bǐ)熔融♌塑料的大得(dé)多。在注塑這些塑(su)料🔴時，如果用高的(de)轉速成，則在提高(gāo)對塑料的剪切力(li)的🙇‍♀️同時，亦将令強(qiang)化相應地産生更(gèng)多被撕碎的纖維(wei)，被撕碎的纖維🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻含(han)有鋒利末🏃端，令磨(mó)損力🌈大為增加。無(wu)機🏃礦物質在金屬(shǔ)💔表面高速滑行時(shi)，其刮削作用也不(bú)小。所以轉速不宜(yí)調得太高。

    3、螺杆在(zài)機筒内轉動，物料(liao)與二者的摩擦，使(shǐ)螺杆與機筒的工(gōng)作表面逐漸磨損(sǔn)：螺杆直徑逐漸縮(suō)小，機筒的内孔直(zhí)徑逐漸加大🐅。這樣(yang)，螺杆與機筒的配(pei)合直徑間隙，随着(zhe)二者的逐漸磨損(sǔn)而一點點加大。可(ke)是，由于機💃筒前面(miàn)機頭和分流闆的(de)阻力沒有改變，這(zhè)就增加了被擠塑(su)物料前進時的漏(lòu)流量，即物料從直(zhi)徑間隙處向進料(liao)方向流🔞動量增加(jia)。結果使塑膠機械(xie)生産量下降。這種(zhǒng)現象又使物料在(zài)機筒内停留時間(jiān)增加，造成物料分(fèn)解。如果是聚乙烯(xi)，分解産生的氯化(huà)氫氣體加強了對(duì)螺杆和機筒的🤞腐(fǔ)蝕。

    4、 物料中如有碳(tan)酸鈣和玻璃纖維(wéi)等填充料，能加快(kuai)螺杆和機♈筒的磨(mo)損。

    5、 由于物料沒有(yǒu)塑化均勻，或是有(you)金屬異物混入料(liao)⚽中，使螺杆轉動扭(niǔ)矩力突然增加，這(zhè)種扭矩超出螺杆(gan)的強度極限，使螺(luo)杆扭斷。這是一種(zhong)非常規事故損壞(huài)。
