工作注意(yi)事項:1、開機(jī)前應檢查(chá)泵軸轉動(dòng)是否靈活(huó)，有無卡阻(zu)現象，進出(chū)口♉管道上(shàng)的閥門是(shi)否開啟，泵(beng)的旋轉方(fāng)向是否正(zheng)确。2、長時間(jian)沒有使用(yòng)的泵開機(jī)前應向泵(beng)腔中注入(rù)一定量🥵的(de)潤滑✌️液，以(yǐ)減少泵在(zài)吸油過程(chéng)中的幹摩(mó)擦，并可提(tí)高泵自🔞吸(xī)性能。3、開機(ji)後如有不(bú)正常的噪(zào)音或過熱(rè)現象，應立(lì)即停☔車檢(jian)查。4、檢查泵(bèng)軸端有無(wu)洩露現象(xiàng)，如：對填料(liào)密封應适(shi)當調緊壓(ya)緊蓋、其他(tā)密封則應(ying)拆機檢查(cha)。5、若輸送熱(rè)油，在開車(chē)時應均勻(yun)預熱，預熱(re)是利用被(bèi)輸㊙️送的介(jiè)‼️質不斷通(tōng)過泵體進(jin)行的。6、泵停(ting)機時，首先(xiān)切斷電源(yuan)，然後關閉(bi)進出口管(guǎn)道上😄的閥(fá)門，避免造(zào)成泵倒轉(zhuǎn)。Work matters needing attention: 1, should check whether the pump shaft rotation is flexible, before starting the presence of jam phenomenon, import and export pipeline valve is open, the direction of rotation of the pump is correct.2, long time no use the pump to the pump before starting the cavity inject a certain amount of lubricant to reduce the pump in the dry friction in the process of oil absorption, and can improve the performance of self-priming pump.3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.4, check whether there is any leakage on the pump shaft end phenomenon, such as: the packing should be properly tighten clamp cover and other sealing should teardown check.5, if conveying hot oil, while driving should be uniform preheating, preheating is to use the media constantly through the pump body to be delivered.6, when the pump stop, cut off power supply first, then close the import and export pipeline valve, avoid to cause back pump.
使用與安(an)裝:1、機組應(yīng)安裝在水(shui)平水泥基(ji)礎上，用地(dì)腳螺栓固(gu)定。2、右聯軸(zhou)器應同軸(zhóu)，安裝完成(chéng)後，轉動聯(lian)軸器确認(ren)運轉順暢(chàng)💃🏻無負壓力(lì)現象後，方(fāng)可進入運(yun)行。3、泵不适(shì)合輸送不(bu)潔油液，故(gu)在進口管(guǎn)端應設濾(lü)油器。4、泵無(wu)安全閥，建(jiàn)議在排油(yóu)管路中，設(shè)安全閥，以(yi)确保系統(tǒng)安全運👈行(hang)。5、泵的安裝(zhuang)高度，不超(chāo)過允許吸(xi)上高度。6、泵(beng)的轉向規(guī)定：從泵端(duan)向電機看(kàn)，旋轉方向(xiàng)為逆時針(zhen)。Use and installation: 1, the unit should be installed in a horizontal cement, on the basis of land use fixed bolt.2, should right coupling coaxial, after the installation is complete, turn the coupling confirmed after running smoothly without negative pressure phenomenon, may run into.3, the pump is not suitable for conveying impurity oil, therefore, at the inlet pipe should be set oil filter.4 no relief valve, pump, it is suggested that in the discharge of oil pipeline, a safety valve, and to ensure the safe operation of the system.5, pump installation height, no more than allow on the suction height.6, pump steering regulation: look from the pump to the motor, for counterclockwise rotation direction.
